EDIT: the file was too big, had to change it
and the programe ate all the colors

EDIT(2): I think I need to write this down because it does not seem to be obvious. This girl is Esmeralda from Hunchback of Notre-Dame. Inspired by the scene when Frollo sees her in the flames in his fireplace.
